Custom and Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items are non‑returnable: custom or personalized items, clearance items, gift cards, digital products, and any item marked final sale.
